We’ll hop on a quick call with you to review all event details. How many people will there be? Do you want us to pace pizzas based on our read of the room, or do you want us to deliver a set number of pizzas per hour? What type of pizza? Should we engage with your guests?

Do you want a special pizza or two? Should we bring plates, or do you have a preferred way we’re serving? Want an idea for a batched cocktail?

We’ll begin prep for your event 72 hours prior, starting with the dough. About 3 hours before your guests are set to arrive, we all arrive to begin setup. This includes our station, which features an oven and prep table. About 45 minutes before you want the first pizza served, we will get our oven going and remain at the station. Once our work is done, we’ll clean our area and be on our way.
